Having a remote view is a little different from actually seeing something at a distance with your eyes. Remote viewing is the ability to see something which is far away and not in your actual line of sight.

Developing Your Remote Viewing Talent
There are many methods and techniques you can use to learn remote viewing. First, you must learn to quiet your mind, and then focus your concentration keenly on any location, person or object that you are not in close location with or physically see.
Visualization techniques and meditation are both helpful to developing the mental capacities needed to remote view. You can consult with an expert or practice on your own with or without some helpful visualization and meditation aids.
Keeping a remote viewing journal is something which many find helpful as they learn to remote view. You can track your progress and take down notes on your findings as you practice this skill.
Before you fall off to sleep, you can ask yourself to find the answer to a question that is on your mind. After you get your answer, simply write it down in your remote viewing journal. Remember, while you are remote viewing, you need to be in an area where you cannot be disturbed.
You can enhance your natural skills and talents by using a popular exercise to learn how to remote view. Hold a picture or drawing in your hands, face down where you cannot see the picture. Then ask yourself to see the picture. It is that simple.
You should always have patient with yourself and your adventures of remote viewing. You will find out what works best for you by keeping a journal of your experiences.
