Tips for Fast Arm Exercises
I got some good opportunities for youth who want to work on our development but just don’t seem to be able to fit in to your routine. These will be good to tack on at the end of the workout your even do them on your off days. You will be on your way to rapid weight loss with these exercises.
For the less than five minutes period that you do these you will find a lot of benefit. Of course, you can combine these to make a longer arm workout if you have the time available.
Get started with the DB curl and DB try set extension. You’ll get five of each one of these on without any breaks and then do the complex five times.

Another way to do this is to do for supersets of the same exercises only do them with six reps each.Don’t take any time to recover after an exercise or after a cycle is complete.
A third method of working your arms that will also take three minutes is a 2 x 8 set up. The only thing is I want you to try the rope extensions for your triceps if possible.
Of course if you did it this way you would have to have some equipment available, so don’t worry about it if you need to stick with the dumbbells. This kind of workout will help you lose 20 pounds.
You’ll have to admit that although intense, the three-minute time length of this plan is very attractive.Thankfully excuses are no longer necessary to explain why your arms are so weak when the rest of your body is in such good shape.
